Invicta Golf guarantees that it will protect all personal and incidental booking information supplied to us by you the client under the Data Protection Act 1998.

We may need to pass specific personal details such as your name address to suppliers such as hotels in order to confirm your reservations but this will be kept to the minimum required. We are however bound by law to supply personal details to public authorities in the UK such as Customs or the police if requested by them in exceptional circumstances.

We will not supply any personal booking information to anyone for marketing or promotional permission without your express permission.

We would however like to be able to contact you in future in order to advise you of any upcoming offers and new itineraries being offered exclusively by Invicta Golf. If however you do not wish to receive any further information from Invicta Golf please contact us to ensure that your name is removed from our mailing lists.
